CineShortz is a digital streaming service. No physical products are sold, shipped or delivered. There are no shipping charges, and no courier or postal delivery is involved in any purchase made on CineShortz, which is owned and operated by CineCut Studios.
1. Service Delivery
When you purchase a subscription Plan or day-pack on CineShortz, access to the corresponding streaming content is delivered electronically and activated immediately upon successful confirmation of your payment by the payment gateway. Your subscription is applied automatically to the account used to make the purchase — there is nothing to download, install or wait for by post.
2. Accessing Your Subscription
Once your payment is successful, you can start streaming right away by signing in to your CineShortz account on any supported device or web browser. Your active Plan and its validity are shown on your Account page. In the rare event that a successful payment is not reflected on your account within 24 hours, please contact us using the details below.
3. Delivery Timeframe
Digital delivery is instant. As access is granted electronically and immediately, there is no dispatch or delivery period, tracking number or physical consignment associated with your purchase.
4. Delivery Charges
No shipping, handling or delivery charges apply to any purchase on CineShortz. The price shown at checkout is the total amount payable for the selected Plan, inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
5. Refunds & Cancellation
As this is a digital service delivered instantly, purchases are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Please review it before subscribing.
